Physical + digital inspeciton
Includes all of the services in the Pre-Purchase Inspection, but we will also physically check the vehicle. One of our expert technicians will put your car on a lift and check suspension and internal components for any signs of wear/tear or abuse.

Available in SF Bay Area - South Bay/Peninsula and Phoenix, Arizona.
Includes the "Black Box" Battery Analysis, PLUS:
Suspension & Chassis: We physically inspect Control Arms (common failure point), Bushings, and Struts for play or signs of damage.
Undercarriage: Check for scrape damage on the HV Battery skid plate and coolant leaks.
Brakes & Tires: Measurement of pad life, rotor condition, and tire tread depth.
Body & Paint: Inspection for previous accident repairs.
Test Drive: A technician drives the vehicle to listen for and feel for problems.
Remote Assistance
Our highly skilled master technicians provide expert remote assistance, guiding you through the necessary diagnostic procedures to effectively resolve any repair. We possess comprehensive expertise in addressing all alerts, including complex high-voltage system repairs.
We are happy to provide both remote and on-site training as well. We won’t cover up how we solve your issue, we will help your team have the power to solve them in the future!
On-Site Repairs
Cat 1 Diag provides on-site technician deployment for direct diagnosis and resolution of alerts or other vehicle issues, available on both an ad-hoc and contractual basis.
We provide dedicated support to automotive shops throughout Northern California, and the Phoenix area. More on-site locations to come!
Used Vehicle Analysis
Thinking of pulling the trigger on a used Rivan or Tesla? Provide us with the VIN and we can remotely deep dive, to check a number of health parameters: HV & Powertrain (including cell balance health), Chassis and Suspension, Safety Restraints, Body, Lighting, and Closures.
